Returns
Because spices are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened packs or change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or past its best-before date, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For cash on delivery orders we refund by UPI or bank transfer.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email.
